You are buying a one-time written review of a Roblox game according to the package selected at checkout. This is a consulting service, not a guaranteed growth, revenue, or discovery-placement product.
Before work begins
Orders cancelled before review work begins may be eligible for cancellation or refund.
After work begins
Once review work has started, refunds may be limited because the service time has already been reserved or performed.
Inaccessible games
If a game cannot be accessed, the customer may be asked to provide access, update the link, or reschedule the review.
No subscription billing
Quick Audit, Full Audit, and Studio Review are one-time packages. They should not create recurring charges.
